Yeah, love that PPK. A couple of years ago, I was involved in submitting tapes of their shows to be shown on our local public access channel.
I have Isa's Vegan With a Vengeance cookbook (her commentary throughout the book is a hoot). I don't have Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World yet, but my birthday's coming up...(I think I need to drop some hints at home...)
Vegetarian culinary programcomprises of practical and theoretical training in culinary and hospitality management with rudiments of wine studies and culinary arts. This program is strictly business related. Their Career Services staff offers culinary arts, pastry and baking, and hospitality and restaurant management. Career assistance to students is also given through this program.
